The Chair — Kendra Roselle by H. August Smith
Photographer H. August Smith presents model Kendra Roselle in “The Chair”, a fine art photography editorial created for LIONS Art Magazine.
The series takes an ordinary object from everyday life and transforms it into the central element of a photographic study built around model, form and composition.
Chairs are everywhere in our daily lives. We sit on them, place them in corners, around tables and at counters. We stand on them to change light bulbs, use them to hold doors open and spend hours in them during the working day.
But when a beautiful flower is placed on the chair, the chair takes on a special meaning.
