About Photographer Matthieu Colnat
Matthieu Colnat began exploring the visual arts through drawing while at school and later studied cinema, specialising in image-making. After graduating from ESRA Paris in 2015, he directed short films that were recognised at international festivals, then worked as an artistic director before returning to photography.
Born in 1979, Colnat was based in Paris at the time of the original editorial.
