Photographer Jens Gerlach presents nude model Luisa Leipold in a natural fine art photography editorial created at his atelier in Sarreguemines, France.
Rather than relying on familiar model poses, Gerlach wanted to reveal the person behind the model. After spending time talking, drinking coffee, laughing and listening to music, the shoot developed around Luisa’s quiet, gentle and natural presence.

The idea behind the shoot was simple: to show the real Luisa. Jens Gerlach wanted to move away from familiar model poses and expressions and instead discover the person behind “the model.”
Before photographing, they spent time together in the kitchen, talking about everything and nothing, drinking coffee, laughing and listening to music. From that relaxed atmosphere emerged the Luisa Gerlach wanted to photograph — quiet, gentle and naturally beautiful.
